GM guidelines if i'm not online

GM to enforce rules when i'm not online.
The One is subject to change at my whim, however I generally keep my decisions. However, I must say "subject to my whim" so if I find someone, or think I've found someone more suitable then there will be no complaining to deal with.

For chat/guild names/character names:
Allow anything except racism. Homophobes will be classified as racism so that goes in with flaming against the flamers.

Multi-keying limited to three at once. check IP every now and then and note when there is multiple from one IP.
(we are understanding, 3 per person not per household, we will require confirmation that there is another person and not one dude trying to have 6 toons)

If anyone bothers asking for a GM position, tell them that the Owner has already chosen one and warn them against it, mute if repeated. Do not mute excessively, mute roof limit (meaning max time) not to exceed 30 minutes unless done by me (Owner)

Refer all potential hosts to me.
